DBPilot
Single-file web database manager. Run one command, then manage MySQL, Redis, SQLite, and MongoDB in the browser — with Online / Offline panels to keep prod and local separate.
Supported databases
- MySQLSchema / views / data / SQL
- RedisStandalone / cluster / Sentinel
- SQLiteLocal file
- MongoDBStandalone / replica set / sharded / Firestore
Features
Main workspace
The connection tree covers MySQL, Redis, SQLite, and MongoDB. MySQL expands to databases, tables, views, and charts, with starred tables listed first. Right-click a database to create a table, view, or chart, or to import and export SQL. Views can be edited or dropped, and charts renamed or deleted. Click a table to open its data, then switch to table design. MongoDB expands to databases and collections; a collection opens documents with a filter and sort. +Query opens SQL, and query tabs can be dragged to reorder. A refresh restores open Query and table tabs. On a MongoDB connection it runs commands such as find and aggregate. Online / Offline stores connections, SQL history, and SQL favorites separately. History records success or failure, duration, and the statement in local time; View opens the full statement, and it can be searched and restored. Connections can be marked Development or Production, and remote MySQL or MongoDB can use an SSH tunnel (password or private key).
Capabilities
- Connection tree: MySQL expands to databases, tables, views, and charts, with starred tables first. Create tables, views, and charts, and import or export SQL
- Table design: columns, indexes, foreign keys (RESTRICT, CASCADE, SET NULL, NO ACTION, SET DEFAULT), triggers, table options, and CREATE TABLE preview. Views are created, edited, and dropped from the tree
- Table data: newest-first by primary key, with column sort and filters. Tables with a primary key support cell edits, inserts, and deletes, plus CSV or JSON export of the current filter
- SQL editor: Monaco completes keywords, snippets, table names, and columns after FROM, JOIN, UPDATE, INTO, TABLE, or DESCRIBE. Ctrl+Enter runs only the selection. Functions inserts time zone, UNION, and date or string helpers. Drag down a result column and Ctrl+C copies one value per line. History records success or failure, duration, and the statement in local time; View opens the full statement, and it can be searched and restored. Hover the footer command to expand it and copy the full text
- SQL favorites: saved with connection and database, searchable by name, statement, or database, and restored into the editor. Online and Offline lists stay separate
- MySQL time-series charts: smooth lines including minute and hour buckets, Preview and Edit, Ctrl+S saves SQL without overwriting a renamed chart, remembered range and interval, and series checkboxes stay when the interval changes
- Redis: standalone, cluster, and Sentinel, with per-line command completion and a logical database switch. SQLite: browse and edit a local file. MongoDB: connect by deployment mode, then browse databases and collections with a filter and sort
- Online / Offline panels isolate connections, history, and favorites. Remote MySQL and MongoDB can use an SSH tunnel (password or private key)
- Connections can be marked Development or Production; writes on Production ask again. Light and dark themes, with AES-encrypted stored passwords
